Good To Know
Expensive, not scary or very fun. All animatronics and puffs of air, nothing unique I would not recommend.

Well this thing can really beat the "_hit" out of you. Dreadful experience for me, but thats what is nice about it! Weak hearts don't roam around the place!

My 14-year-old daughter wanted to go to this as soon as she heard about it, so when we went to Gatlinburg, it was near the top of our list. I went through it with her - my husband was with us, but he passed since he is claustrophobic and very jumpy. When we bought our tickets they offered a glow stick type thing for $2. This was the only light source allowed, so we took it. I'm glad we did, because no one else in our group had one, and it was very dark in there. It worked out pretty well because I ended up being the leader since I was first in line. The don't lead you through, you have to find your own way. There were plenty of jump scares, and somehow they found out my daughter's name, and several of the actors called her by it. We later found out my dear husband had told the ticket taker to give us a good scare, so he got her name and relayed it to them :) Tickets could be cheaper, but all in all I think it was worth it. We did several things during our trip, and this is the one my daughter talks about most.
We love scary places, and decided to give it a try. The price was a little steep for this place. The workers hyped us up as we boarded the cart that took us to the entrance, which was fun. It turned out to be not very scary, and a little awkward when strangers were told to put their hand on your shoulder in a single file line. There were a few jump scare moments that were fun, and another moment that was a little annoying, that I can't explain without ruining the surprise moment. The 3 people in my group didn't like what happened and everyone is different so others may not mind the situation. Overall, not worth such a height entry cost, and just an okay experience, with more hype than it delivers.
